The form factor database contains elastic form factor data for the proton and neutron that have been published in english-language journals since 1965.

View the database here.

You may also download a tarball containing data files for each of the listings in the database. This is useful for making plots and you don't have to cut and paste the data out of the text file.
Download the tarball here.

To untar and unzip the file, type: tar -zxvf formfactor_datafiles.tgz
Once you have untarred the files, please see the file README_data.txt for the details of what's contained in each file.

Soon there will be C++ functions available for download to calculate the nucleon form factors! Check back soon.

Note that there has been significant recent discussion regarding the apparent discrepency among the results from the different methods used to extract the proton form factor ratio. For more details on this interesting and ongoing discussion, a good place to start is John Arrington's paper:
