Introduction

This file contains a table / map of the FPP readout cards. The table contains the following:

Most of the level shifter boards are mounted in the level shifter crates to be installed at CEBAF; for these boards the crate and slot number are given. Most of the rest of the boards are being used for testing at William & Mary; for these boards the location of the board is given as W&M.
