Event and RODD updates

RODD and Event now use the "makeHits" library routines to perform clusterizing and create photon and other higher-level data groups. This means that the clusterizing used by all analysis codes should now be identical. The changes are checked into CVS; please update your private versions of the code, if you are using RODD or Event in your analysis. The versions in ~radphi/bin.solaris are up-to-date.
