In order to gain back some of the livetime lost in
extending the clear time
to reset the 1877 tdcs, BSD, CPV, UPV, and AUX signals
to the tdcs
were delayed: the CPV by 50 ns, the others by 100.
The stop was
delayed by 8 ns, but it requires 10 ns more delay.
