Guys,

    I have the results from the dummy target thickness measurements.  If
anyone needs more detail see me.

    TARGET                   THICKNESS (g/cm^2)
    15cm upstream            0.2546
    4cm upstream              0.2540
    4cm downstream        0.2532
    15cm downstream      0.2535

The error on these measurements is 0.1%.  This should be a conservative
estimate.
