1.  <Pick-up> is the average value of the wall thickness only using the points that are within the pick-up coils, for that side
    of the cell.  The pick-up coils are about 11 cm long.  I included points up to 6.4 cm from the center of the transfer tube in
    the average.   <AE> and <FJ> are the averages of the wall thickness measurements for each side of the cell.

2.  The sign of the position refers to whether the point is on the left or right-hand side of the transfer tube.  Refer to Figure 1
    for a diagram of the cell and the relative position of the points on the cell.  '-' refers to points on the left-hand side,
    and '+' refers to points on the right-hand side.  i.e. The center of transfer tube is the zero point on the scale that I used.

3.  For all the He-3 cells, the windows are numbered.  Side AE corresponds to the smaller window number on the left-hand side
    and the larger window number on the right-hand side.   Side FJ corresponds to the larger window number on the left-hand
    side and the smaller number on the right-hand side.

4.  The asterik (*) beside a cell name means that the cell was used during the A1n experiment.  A tilde (~) beside a cell name
    means that the cell was used during the g2n experiment.

5.  Bush, King William VIII, and Tilghman have exploded and only pieces of them exist.
