A quick
look at the HMS calorimeter problem:
- Plot all
variables in the hms[nrun].rzdat vs. hshtrk to see if there is any
correlation between each variable and the shtrk shift
- selection of events: before (red) and after shift (blue).
- Results/plots:
- no correlation
implies that the difference between red and blue dots is a
single-value shift in vertical direction).
- A significant correlation is seen between shtrk and hstart:
- An observable correlation is seen between shtrk and the 4 fp
variables:
- No correlation between shtrk and cherenkov ADC sum:
