The CLAS Coordinating Committee met Feb 25, 2005. Mauro Taiuti (Deep), Paul Eugenio (Spectroscopy), Maurik Holtrop (Nuclear), Volker Burkert and Larry Weinstein. 1) CLAS database. All CLAS data MUST be entered in the CLAS database prior to publication. The working group review committee should review the entered data to ensure that it matches the scope of the analysis note. The data should be made available to the collaboration after working group approval. An apprpriate piece of the data should be made available to the general public following journal submission. The CLAS Chair is responsible for requiring data submission to the database prior to appointing an ad hoc committee. 2) New members: Term members: 11 proposed, 9 approved, two need to submit more information on expected physics and on service work prior to approval. Limited members: 5 proposed. All approved. We checked with all experiment spokespersons prior to approving limited members. 3) New ad hoc review committees selected for: eta photoproduction (Dugger) omega decay at high Q^2 (Battaglieri) deuteron F2 (Osipenko) A(e,e') at 1 < x < 3 (Egiyan) 4) CLAS12 collaboration issues: a committee will be appointed to study CLAS -> CLAS12 transition issues and develop concrete proposals. Volunteers anyone? 5) theta+ review. There is a working group committee (R. SChumacher (chair), W. Brooks, E. Smith, D. Sober, S. Strauch) to review the first physics results from g10 and g11. The rungroups will select the 'first results'. The rungroups will each prepare an analysis note(s) with a one paragraph physics summary. Lab management (Tony Thomas and selected minions) will monitor the review process. 6) next meeting: June 9-11 or June 16-18. to be decided by email vote. (Voting selected June 16-18.)
