Abstract:

The purpose of this CLAS-NOTE is to give an overview of the steps required to calibrate a run period, proceed through preliminary reconstruction passes, monitor and document the data quality, and complete full scale processing of the data for the rest of the collaboration. The outcome of this procedure is the production of ``cooked'' data files, which contain reconstructed quantities which are deemed by the collaboration to be suitable as input to publishable physics analysis.
