There are numerous programs that have been written to cook the data, calibrate the detectors,
and give general monitoring overviews of the physics results from the cooked data file. It
would be impractical, though, to try to incorporate all of these programs into the cooking process.
A small number of executables have been chosen, though, that hopefully encompass the full
spectrum of the code available. What follows is a list of all of the executables that are
used in the ``cooking'' process along with a brief description. The process is not limited to just
these programs though and others can easily be added to the ``cooking''.
