- Gen support plat-form is being worked on
- Kaon spectrometer checks continuing. Second quad o.k. too
- Redesign of stairs for Gen is being worked on
- Target is running, wants to speed it up on Thursday
- Deuterium fan should be at 60 Hertz, only at 50 Hertz right now
- Controller problem, currently is fine
- Discussed one target generator for Hall’s A and C combined during maintenance
- Energy Measurement (Dave Mack)
- Discussed new ARC magnet map data
- Will start documenting impact on Hall C Arc beam energy measurements
- Accelerator needs to know who run coordinator is at all times
- 7:45 a.m. every morning the run coordinator must attend the meeting, even during maintenance
- Issue may come up if 5.7 Gev is not efficiently achievable, no close energies to provide each halls polarized beam
- New crystals should be in by Wednesday
- Essentially no data this weekend
- Took shift of data, but hardware problems
- Also, coincides data taken may be suspect due to improper delay settings
- Measured electron and P
- cross section verses SOS momentum for LD2 and LH2 targets
- Results of program were completed
- Beam at 824 MeV
- Running conditions were good
- SOS quadrupole over heated, limited maximum momentum of test
- Allison’s G0 test run data went well this weekend
- Steve wants to work on computers in the counting house on Wednesday from 8:00-12:00
