- The target is being surveyed now
- Will do the alignment on Wednesday
- Wants to close down Wednesday night
- Engineering (Paul Brindza)
- All magnet control units have been relocated
- Fuel leak Q valve is working
- Design work for Gen is being worked on
- Engineering (Bill Vulcan)
- All High Voltage cables are in, we're testing now
- FSD's are tested in Hall C, needs to test FSD of target rotation
- Camera is on target
- All camera's in Hall have been tested
- Need to test moeller and SOS power supplies
- Helium gas is on for beam pipe
- Remote raster switches are in
- Ac power outlet has been put in near HMS quads
- Report from R (Thia Keppel)
- Breakdown of shifts for exp.
- Will run at a constant current
- Beam spot size will stay (within 20%)
- Position, angle on targets will be (0.2 mrad) monitor>1 BPM
- Showed how data will be taken while running
- Instructional notebook will be placed for everyone to view
- Still needs 2 days of carbon running at highest Q2(>5000 counts)
- Still needs 3-4 days of iron running at highest Q2
- Only needs cryo target to check calibrations

- Seeley took care of the 4cm dummy problem
- Remote raster switching hardware/software is being checked
- Raster gating hardware is in place

- Target
- Made survey of hall, didn't find interference
- Mapped out a sketch to be forwarded to Brindza and Areti who than will make appropriate changes to be forwarded to RADCON
- Gave drawing of dump line, have not yet heard back
- Target has been welded in, the pipe some how got twisted, waiting for Brindza to fix it
- Will perform a leak test after being fixed
- Detector on HMS plat form is ready to be tested
- Checked cables under HMS
- Concrete blocks need to be moved
- Shield house has been checked
- Gave Agenda for the GEN Collaboration on Friday July 9
- Preliminary Detector Support drawings have been sent out
- Floor supports will go out the end of July
- Dennis Wright will be here the first week in August to be interviewed for the Hall C staff position
