- Moved ROC4 into SOS hut, the whole crate
- Diagnostic test being run in the Hall
- Fixed 40% of bad wires in the HMS
- Plant services moving the compressor for the dump this week
- Comics is running now, will be testing today or tomorrow
- The Gen detectors mounted on the HMS, will be removed
- CSF E97-006Progress, (Daniela Rohe)
- Showed schedule for target operator
- Showed the run plan schedule
- Major part is checkout of SOS at 1.7 GeV/c momentum
- Report on Experiment E94-110(Thia Keppel)
- Window material not here yet, will route safety memo
- Will be ordering both kevlar-mylar and kevlar-licystoc composites
- Hopes to have everything in within one month
- HNSS update (Liguang Tang)
- Met with Accelerator about 10 days ago, trying to establish a working group with them on beam line diagnostics and stability
- Will have another meeting next Thursday, will go over the instrumentation test plan
- Trying to setup procedures for the experiment
- Continue work on G0 cryo lines
- Bids came in for the supply tubes and were relatively what was expected
- Taking a look at the transfer line support
- The redesign transfer line going fine
- Cooling into magnet requirements for SHMS
- HNSS reinstallation bid happened last week
- Target (Roger Carlini for Mike Seely)
- Cool target down tomorrow
- Wed./Thur. turn back on
- Need target operator by 4:00 Tuesday
- Discussed problem from last time
- Had Readiness Review on Sept. 2
- Submit beam time request on Friday
- Wants to run at 35m

- Went over data of the test setups
- Lead was 2cm away from detector, possibly better larger distance
- Split lead between entrance and exit of Charyldis
- Beam line work is continuing
- Cable are here, ready to start work
- Collaboration meeting in Vancouver, Sept. 24-25
- Start hall back up by end of week
- Greg Smith will be coming in for second visit, the end of the month
