- One CAEN power supply died, last (70 volts). First case since we moved power supplies

- Rotation speed control is not working, trying to get that fixed
- Hard disk of the dipole is messed up

- Are analyzing previous data and ready to start taking data in October
- Hytar Correlation with Theta (Julette Crowder)
- Showed results of HMS pointing survey
- Showed off sets for different runs
- Showed strong correlations between these offsets and survey data

- Went over a list of issues from mini-readiness review
- SOS magnet should some how be interlocked to beam
- 90% of the DAQ work involves Steve Wood. Steve says he is o.u. with that
- Release the trigger points on iron chambers
- List of people for shifts for exp. target
- Training needs to be up to date before going on shift
- HNSS update (Liguang Tang)
- The second meeting on beam energy stability test will be hold on 9/23 and we will discuss and draft a test plan;
- All SSDs have been ready for assembly and they are in Houston. Person will here carry them since shipment seems damaging some of the wire bonding. All damages due to shipping from Japan have been repaired and the noise level is an order of magnitude lower further thus very low.
- Hodoscope is finished and its adjustable stand and frames are done, only the electronics bin carriage is under preparation. The plan is move the whole thing here by the end of September. Houston group is looking for apartment here for the group.
- New hodoscope discriminator cards will be built in two to three weeks.
- Start from the next Hall C meeting, someone from the HNSS collaboration will give about 10-minute report on certain topics about HNSS.
- First response to readiness review will be given Thursday
- Removed test detector from HMS this week
- Considering to put shielding downstream of target to reduce radiation background
- The Basel "BCI" (Michael Steinacher)
- Showed pictures of Beam Current Integrator
- BCI - needs beam modulation of the injector
- BCI gives 1% absolute beam current measurement time
- BCI electronics overview
- Planning to make an offer for the Hall C staff position
