Goals of the meeting:

1. Review the status of the project and what is needed to reach the 35% requirement for the CD-2 review. All status reports should address this and the budget.
2. Review of manpower for the experiment. Status reports should also address this.
3. Preparations for the PID review and the CD-2 review.
4. Recruiting collaborators and reviewing and amending MOU s.
5. Future meetings.
