Engineering Document Archive

Master Vellum Drawings are filed in a secured area located in DCG, ARC 213. DCG keeps the latest drawing's revision vellum turned into DCG. If no notification has been made to do otherwise, all old revision levels of a drawing are discarded.

• Group/Owner must notify DCG if they would like old revision level drawing vellum returned to them.
• Master Drawing Microfiche Cards are stored in a secured fireproof vault located in Building 90.
• Master ECOs, Specifications, and SOWs are filed in a secured area located in DCG, ARC 213.
