Document Control Group

Document Control is staffed from 8-5pm. If you need access at any other time call security at 5822. Document Control Group is located in the Applied Research Center, room 225. As a part of Mechanical Engineering Group, the Document Control Group manages and maintains large format printing and copying services for the Lab.

1. A link has been posted above to help those of you who need to print a poster. There are detail directions on the actual setup of the print driver and poster.
2. MOZILLA IS NOT SUPPORTED FOR THE WEB-BASED ELECTRONIC JOB TICKET.
3. MACINTOSH Now has a plug-in that lets Safari and Firefox (formerly Mozilla) successfully open the Engineering Exec documents, save them as pdfs and print them. Links for the plug-in are located in the Engineering Exec. Information link above.
4. If you need an account set up to use Electronic Job Ticket, Email Terrie Fuell your Username and Phone Extension.
5. If you notice a drawing that is not in the Engineering Exec and should be, contact Terrie Fuell
