• C. Bohn went through the task list with the group, assigning names and priorities to every task on the list (see below). He mentioned that this was to reduce the load on Legg so he could concentrate on the ITS. Court said the other reason for going through the task list was to refocus the commissioning task on "First Light" and to acknowledge the formation of the I&CO meeting by G. Krafft and K. Jordan.

New Issues

• D. Kehne presented simulations which suggested that he could get 200 keV beam through the unit at 33 pC in such a fashion as to allow first light. This is very good news, but further simulations will be deferred until we need to know the optimized setup for 250 keV (hopefully never!).
• S. Benson will see P. Kloeppel about how hot the mirrors will get.
