• We still need a Fine Tolerance Setup Procedure for the Buncher from D. Kehne and G. Krafft. We have to have this procedure prior to the 10 MeV run.

• We went over the required procedure list for the First light run. It can be viewed at "www.cebaf.gov/~legg/comm_proc/proc.pdf"
  
• We still need to talk to M. Tiefenback about gradient calibration techniques and KREST for the cryomodule.
  
• The agenda for next week will be a discussion to determine a set of boundry conditions for the injector.
