Mott polarimeter parameters

The Right and Left references were opposite between the medm screen verticalgun.adl and the new Mott measurement script
until October 10, 2002. I swapped the labels of the thresholds on the medm screen to fix the problem. The bais sent on the detectors via the ORTEC on #1 corresponds to the Mott script Right (counter readings & SpektrumRechts).

The bais on the Silicon detectors are :
    left :   38 V
    right : 38 V

Note : The detectors are fragile and should be biased with caution. Ramp the voltage when you turn them on
and do not exceed 40 V.

The threshold values have been determine on October 3, 2002 to be (polog17626):
    medm left   : -1.579 V (ie : -648.5 dac)
    medm right : -1.392 V (ie : -572.0 dac)

The window width have been determined the same day to be :
    detector 1 :  0.27 V (2.7 turns)
    detector 2 :  0.27 V (2.7 turns)

Note : detector 1 = Left
          detector 2 = Right

Previously used settings:

The threshold values have been determine on May 2, 2002 to be :
    medm left   : -1.375 V (ie : -565 dac)
    medm right : -1.600 V (ie : -657 dac)

The window width have been determined the same day to be :
    detector 1 :  0.276 V (2.76 turns)
    detector 2 :  0.270 V (2.70 turns)

Previously-1 used settings:

The threshold values have been determine on August 8, 2001 to be :
    left   : -1.54 V (ie : -630 dac)
    right :-1.54 V (ie : -630 dac)

The window width have been determined the same day to be :
    left :    0.38 V (3.8 turns)
    right : 0.38 V
