The discrepancies between the current translation table for ROC09 and ROC10 in
$CLON_PARMS and your version are real not by mistaken. This is because in Dec5
Dan told me that there were 2 cables swapped in Region 2 Sector 1. The R2S1ST8.1
and R2S1AX8.1 are swapped in the chamber side so I did fix this by modifying in
translation tables and this doesn't affect data taken after Dec5,1997.
