2) Implementation of a calibration database
A the 1:30PM bi-weekly off-line analysis meeting (RUG) we would like
to discuss specific details of the above and the implementation of
the off-line analysis plan. Explicitly, we would like to:
1) Formally assign various individuals responsible for
the maintenance of various software packages.
2) Assign individuals responsible for providing an up to
date calibration for each of the various detector systems.
3) Identify high priority jobs and assign individuals responsible
for completing them, as well as a timetable for completion
4) Address general issues, such as making people aware of major
changes to software packages, and the maintenance of the
off-line analysis code
It is probably not necessary for all people interested in off-line issues
to attend both meetings. If you are only interested software priorities
the 10:00 meeting is most appropriate. If you are interested
in only the specifics of a particular analysis package or detector subsystem
the 1:30 meeting is for you.
