replay data with drift chambers

Dear All,

As we have seen in CED that some tracks(up to ~90 degrees) in DC Region 3
sector 6 Stereo are misalignment. This is because the signal cables were
pluged in incorrectly to the ADB slot#1 - #6 since June 19. In order to
recover all data we took since then, I have modified the translation
table for that crate(DC04) and Vladimir already put into his database.
The data taken today after ~1:30 pm will use this "temporary" table up
until we reconnect the cables.

To replay the data since June 19 - June 23(up to ~1:30pm), Vladimir has a
tool to do this. The following messages are taken from his email:

If you find any other misaligned tracks, please let me know and I'll
investigate them. Thank you very much.

That's all folk!
