There will a brief meeting on Monday, July 14 to coordinate the drift
chamber software and analysis effort. At the end of the meeting we will
have a list of prioritized tasks, a timeline estimate and personnel
assignments. I'll come with a first pass at tasks, priorities and
timelines, and we can refine it.

For the offsite users, your thoughts are welcome via email to me (short
notice as it is); especially if you have identified issues that should be
addressed that may not be obvious.

We will meet in the Hall B wing conference room in Cebaf Center.
