DC mux bank

At the last DC software meeting, the issue of a mux bank was raised.
Franz is already working on a bank that keeps accounting on mux cases. In
addition, I was pushing for a 1 byte bank parallel to DC0 that stores the
mux case _for_each_event_. The concern is that this information may be
vital when we stop writing the raw bank to disk. The draw back is of
course event size. A parallel mux bank would be 13% the size of the DC0
bank.

At the least I feel that we need the mux accounting bank that Franz is
working on, but I'm still a little hesitant about losing the raw data. I
would propose the mux bank as temporary. We will eventually wean
ourselves of it just like the raw bank. In the interim, it seems well
worth the cost in event size, especially if you consider that it may make
us more comfortable to cease writing the raw bank to disk.
