Mac asked me to send a note to all of you about the working group
meeting. We will meet at 100-230 pm on Saturday, Sept. 6.
There will be short reports on technical issues that Mac will
set up, but the main discussion will be on online run procedures.
1. We need to establish a run plan for the upcoming commissioning
run; a first thought would be to redo all planned activities from
the last run with the full detector system.
2. We also need establish procedures for the planned December physics
run. Many of them are obvious and already planned, sometimes
even executed. The discussion will be partly to make all of
us aware of the existing tools and partly to decide how to fill
the gaps, if any.
