I was going to put something (the DC monitoring document) on the drift
chamber web page
(www.cebaf.gov/Hall-B/equipment/detectors/drift_chambers.html), but it's
obvious that this is a relic and no one reads it anymore (it's so out of
date and lame that it's funny). I see a real need for a forum for the
dissemination of information like documents and minutes from meetings.

Is _anyone_ interested in maintaining this? I would love to, but html
gives me hives.
