The digitization code for the SC was somewhat improved and now seems to no
longer give 'junk' TDC values where one would expect good hits.
The problem related to too many columns in the hit bank (JHITS) and
incompatebility between the digi_sc and geom_sc routines. At some point
(real soon) I will need to rewrite the digi_sc code to use the full
geometry. ( Right now it kludges things by rotating back to sector 1)
If anybody experiences problems with the GSIM SC code, please let me know.
