Some of you are no doubt aware that the calibration constants for the RF
signals are stored in $CLAS_PARMS/Maps/CALL_CALIB.map. I am sending this
message to warn people that I will be updating this map with new slope
parameters for the TDC->ns conversion based on a recent TDC calibration
run. The new numbers are close to 49 ps/ch.
Also, the SC calibration file needs to be updated with new values from the
same run.
