I precipitated this latest round of annoyances because I clobbered the old
SC_CALIB.map file with the new format. The old sc code reads the old map,
which was screwed up, hence the errors. (Thanks, Hovanes, for calling me
about the problem...) I have restored the old file temporarily. You
should no longer be seeing the map errors.
