I have changed the way hbtr and tbtr are filled. They are now filled
using the c routines make_HBTR (and make_TBTR) which uses the HBER
(TBER) bank to fill the bank. The only significant difference between
the output with these new routines versus previously is that the itr_hbt
in TBTR is now filled consistant with its definition in the tbtr.ddl
file. If this is a problem, please let me know. I have also added
several utility routines, most notably get_hber_info and get_tber_info
which may be used to extract the information packed into the layinfo1
and layinfo2 of the ?ber banks.
