Hello,
I provided two functions ( inside cc package) :
cc_nphe.F
cc_effic.F ,
which returns the value of mean number of photoelectrons and
electron efficiency as a function of theta, phy - polar and azimuthal
angles of the inner point on Cerenkov detector (in Sector R.S.)
