Whatever you are doing now, the rest of the world will not be affected
before the weekly release of the developement library. This is not
true if we have the moviong target release as before.
By looking more carefully at your previous message, it appears to me
that the two schemes may coexist. It is not clear why there should be
an extra Tcl variable. I suggest that if we have the new format
availible, we should just go ahead and use it.
