Will et al.,

I think that the separate list is probably what we will do. I had
thought of it, but I wanted to start out with the easiest thing (for
me) and gain some experience before working on a more elaborate
solution.

Your comment about subject lines is addressed in the following private
exchange (I hope Rob forgives this breach of email ethics).

I should mention that at present, emailed complaints outnumber actual
commits by 6 to 1 (not counting my test.).
