richard and other linux users:

gsim_int does build but you need to get the latest "lesstif" versions
of the motif libraries.

I have not had problems with cc...we need to investigate it.
I have noticed that EC code behaves differently on linux then
it does on big-endian machines.

Once "Hv" builds with lesstif we will port "ced" to Linux...
