If there is a chance that more than two people man modify the same
code, you should send a note to Mark Ito to add yourself in a list to
recieve an E-mail when some of your collegue check in the code you are
interested in.

I have also discovered a wonderful tool to allow for easy comparison
of two revisons.

The utility is called tkcvs. It has GUI to allow you to do a lot of
things. For example, when you are doing cvs diff from the tkcvs, it
highlights the lines which are different. You can get a copy from the
internet (use yahoo, search for tkcvs will do), if your wish version is
under 4.0. To run on wish 4.2, you need to get my patched version. I
have tested tkcvs on two different Linux boxes, jlabh1, jlabs1 and
jlaba1.
