hi....

I made some small mods to RECSIS and decided to test some features
of the Make system.....The feature that I decided to test was "make
clean" which removes all the libraries and dependency files so that
a build and been done from scratch.

So while the libraries are being rebuilt, on the Sun's you cannot
relink...the new libraries in the DEVELOPMENT area should appear
shortly....

then they will be rebuilt in HP and AIX tonight....
