There are several command line arguments that you can feed to RECSIS:

-i[nputfile] filename # inputfilename
-o[outputfile] filename # outputfilename
-no # no outputfile
-np # cancel the initial and final pause
-t[cl] file.tcl # tcl initialization file

and a new added argument

-b[atch] # disable ALL pauses for LSF.....
