Although it is easy to say "we can correct for this in software",
reality ain't so... Constantly changing tables will mean we need to
have run/date specific code or clutter up all the code with
if-else-thens....to account for all the different configurations.
This simple cable change means that compiled code cannot be
simultaneously used on Sept. data and Dec. data........
Unfortunately we now have mixed vegetable soup...If we swap back to
Sep then we will have the last few days worth of data as special...
Its a tough call....but in the FUTURE let's keep things as FIXED as
possible.
