Marco,
The cooked files basically have the raw banks and
the reconstruction banks neccesary to go up to time based tracking.
To get a valid start time the SC reconstruction needed to be
done so the SC1 and SCR banks were kept in the output as a
check on the integrity of the TB fit. In order to get additional
reconstruction banks you have to re-run the recsis code
on the cooked data files - you should run recsis turning ON the
the ec, seb code and turning OFF the tracking if you do not wish
to redo it. The output in the cooked files varies from time to time at
the users request. Cooked files are generally produced by the a1 shell
which generates the tracking banks via calls to the recsis tracking
and tof code. Because of disk space limitations it is difficult
to produce a file with significant statistics will all analysis
banks, at times the DC0 and DC1 banks were dropped, some other large
banks which might be appropriate to drop are the HBLA and the TBLA
banks.
