If one has problem while running RECSIS because of tagger routines
(either in the tag package or ana package)

1) If you are not interested in the tagger analysis you can put:

set ltagger_h_do $false
set ltagger_do $false

in your tcl script

2) If you are interested in the tag package, please contact me
before commiting changes in ana or tag.

3) while commiting stuff in ana, be carrefull of commiting only the
files you modified.
