we just created and checked in the DSD online monitoring package.
We create some new routines (dsd_*) following the structure used for EC
package:

We compile it and run it at cebaf on clon03 but from Genova (we were not
able to run MON-GUI). It works, it reads BOS banks for TAC, PS and PC
and calibration constants (ADC pedestals) from file.
Please, people working on local machines (@cebaf) could test the package
with MON-GUI and send us comments and suggestions.
