Dear photons,

Lets meet at 3:30 today in the counting house. We should
discuss:
1. the status of real photon analysis. Bring transparences.
2. TOF background tests for this weekend
3. what needs to get done during the maintenance days
next week
4. the resumption of real photon commissioning next week
