-------------------------------------------------------------------------
As stated in my last mail, we will have a meeting next week.
It will be next wednesday June 3 at 9:30 in the auditorium
(it's not a great place for meetings, but because of HUGS,
workshop on polarized photon polarimetry.... it's the only left).
!!Please note the change of date compared to my previous annoucement
(thursday 4 morning is awfully overbooked by meetings)
The agenda is the following:
-trigger issues
-normalisation issues
-discussion of run plan
(new updated version at: http://www.jlab.org/~marchand/g6/conditions.html)
-setup of a semi-offline analysis task force
-shift leader assignements
-run coordination during g6
On Wednesday June 3 afternoon, we will put up one hour training sessions
for shift takers. We can repeat these during the collaboration meeting
and later on. They will be by group of 6 people maximum.
There will be sign-up sheets at Linda's Ceraul desk.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
The NPES met today to decide the use of the facility days from
june 2 to june 8. The outcome for g6 running is the following:
Tuesday June 2 to Saturday 6 at 16h : Hall B open
Saturday June 6 16h : Lock up Hall B and A
Sunday June 7 during the day : setup 4.23 GeV beam
Sunday June 7 swing to Monday 8 : Hall B g6 Commissioning
Tuesday June 9 : Hall B g6
In short, g6 can start on Sunday june 7 if everything goes well.
The down time from june 2 to june 6 will be partially used by the
DAQ group to improve acquisition speed.
I remember that Elton Smith is the Chief of Operations at all times.
Coordinate any activity concerning online or hardware changes with him.

See you on wednesday june 3 at 9h30.
Claude Marchand, g6 ECO.
