Dear g1 physicists,

I've sent this message though clas_photon@cebaf.gov
and as well through my own G1 list to make sure everyone
has been notified of the meeting. In the future I'll
probably just send messages through clas_photon@cebaf.gov,
so please subscribe to the server if you haven't done so.

Lets meet from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM on Thursday, January 8. I'll
find an available room and get back to you. These are some of
the things on the agenda along with suggested discussion
leaders:

1. Trigger and data acquisition rates (Barrow,Schumacher,Smith)
2. Tagger prescaling (Miskimen,+?)
3. Start counter (Taylor)
4. Target (Saclay)
5. Beam helicity into Hall B and the data stream (Schumacher)
6. Moeller commissioning (Freyberger,Raue)
7. Status of online and offline real photon package
(Asavapibhop,Murphy,+?)
8. Commissioning for G1 in March (Miskimen)
9. Run plan for April-June (G1 spokespersons)
10. Time for next meeting

I don't want to schedule formal "talks" at this meeting, but
everyone should be prepared to contribute to the discussion
with transparencies, plots, writeups, ... All of the graduate
students who are planning to take data on G1 should attend.

There are alot of things to be accomplished by early April,
and time is getting short. I suggest that on important goal of
our meeting should be the formation of small working groups
that will focus on specific issues.

Have a good holiday, and see you in January!

Rory Miskimen
