Another new production version. The updated modules are analog_fc, dcgas,
hvca, scaler, baseB and ioc.

One significant new feature: we are now running a new set of database
records, in all four IOC's, provided by ACC. They are used to monitor the
general health of our IOC's. The directories that contain this stuff are
baseB/src/HallSystems and app/HallSystems.

I've just rebooted all of the IOC's with this new version.
