I just tried a new version of our EPICS tree, prod_63. Got the following
"errors"

classc3:

dbLoad "scaler.database"
value = 0 = 0x0
cd "$IOC_root_classc3/app/scaler_d/db"

dbLoad "scaler_d.database"
clas10:/apps/epics/hallB/prod/app/scaler_d/db/scaler_d.database: No such
file or directory.

Lots of messages like:
