I've put a draft of a drift chamber HV control specification in the
URL

(For the non-surfers out there, it is available via anonymous ftp from
ftp.cebaf.gov in the directory /pub/marki/slow in the file
DCHV_spec.ps.)

Comments are needed; please send them.
