IOC name changes

Here's another fun change, though well-motivated, trust me.

All of our IOC's have changed their names!

We have dropped underscores and hyphens from all of the IOC names as
defined in the lab name server. This of course breaks everything; we
have now to go through and fix things up. Some examples:

old name new name
-------- --------
clas_sc3 classc3
clas-sc12 classc12
clas-gas clasgas

What changes are needed to fix things? (1) the target name in the IOC
boot parameters (2) the entry in the .rhosts file that the IOC uses to
log in (that's the .rhost for clasrun on clas10 in most cases).

Why? Underscores are supposed to _not_ be supported in future versions
of the BIND nameserver (see next message). Hyphens are no good since
they cannot be used in environment variables and our scheme of
managing IOC scripts depends on having the IOC name in an environment
variable.
