TOF hardware problems

Dear CLAS TOF experts,
I was looking at the time of flight resolution for some of the
Febraury data (run 8771). There are a few changes relative to December
that I wonder about. The following channels seem to be pathological:

Sector Channel
1 16 has very poor resolution; old problem
3 18 missing; old problem
4 21 missing; old problem
5 22 very bad, may not be hooked up correctly; new problem
5 24 very bad, may not be hooked up correctly; new problem
4 1 missing; old problem
6 37 very bad, I heard it was mis-cabled; old problem
6 39 very bad, I heard it was mis-cabled; old problem

In addition, the following channel *was* bad in December but is now OK:
4 33

I must mask these bad channels off since they are so bad I can't use
them in my PID analysis. Can these problems be fixed before we start
the g1 run?

Regards, Reinhard.
